DESCRIPTION

 

-AE-005, "THE WHITE CIGAR", is a anomalous cigar with a wrapper made up of an anomalous white material. The binder and filler are also made up of an anomalous tobacco-esque material. When a human smokes the cigar, anomalous effects occur.

 

ANOMALOUS EFFECTS

 

1 - Extrasensory Perception (EP) Effect

 

 -When smoked by a human subject, time appears to slow down for them. However, this is not what is actually happening. Upon smoking the materials of THE WHITE CIGAR, the subject’s brain will operate faster, perceiving everything around it at levels unheard of. The brain will perceive the subject’s surroundings faster than the eye and muscles can react to the brain’s signals it sends to them. This may be due to a increase in the subject's Psionic abilities, however that is yet to be confirmed.

 

The effect dissipates after around 1 minute, and may be longer depending on how long the subject smoked THE WHITE CIGAR.

 

2 - Regeneration Effect

 

-THE WHITE CIGAR’s contents burn when smoked, but seemingly anomalously “regenerate”. This makes THE WHITE CIGAR seemingly infinitely usable.

#The regeneration is a near instantaneous process.

 

HISTORY

-THE WHITE CIGAR was first found by a Foundation contact in Argentina. His city of residence, ■■■■■■■, was abuzz with rumors about this cigar. After intense searching and haggling, he found and bought it from a local tobacco shop for $500 (Roughly 18,500 Argentine Pesos at the time). Upon realizing its anomalous effects, he donated it to the Foundation.

He was awarded the title of “Comrade” and the medal “The Flying Whale” for his honorable actions.

His name was Comrade Erwin Wolff.

 

More recently, another instance (AE-005-2) of THE WHITE CIGAR was found in a nightclub called “Cyberia” in ■■■■■■■, Japan. ■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■ ■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■

 

CONCLUSION

-THE WHITE CIGAR’s origin, and possible long term side effects, are completely unknown. This is a problem that must be solved. However, clearly, this entity posseses no threat to anyone.

 

I would suggest questioning personnel-and allies-worldwide about cigars such as these. There might be even more instances. Hopefully, they also present a similar anomalous effect.

 

I also suggest sending THE WHITE CIGAR over to Special Research Division N. They might find a way to reverse engineer it, and produce items similar to it in effect. I would submit that those would be especially useful for military usage. Vlad has already expressed interest.
